The Anita Apartments is a non-smoking, pet friendly property.

You are about to complete a Rental Application online. A $45.00 screening charge is required and non-refundable. Please note that each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate Application.  All units are subject to availability.  

You will need the following to complete this Application:

  • Unit and Rent Amount
  • A Valid Debit/Credit card

  • Personal Information

  • Current & Previous Rental History

  • Current & Previous Employment History

The following are needed and you will upload at end of Application:

  • Current Government Issued ID  AND  One Other Form of ID (example: Driver’s License)

  • Proof of Income (example:  Paystub, Bank Statement, Valid Tax Return as appropriate to confirm Income requirements (additional release for IRS may be requried)

  • Other ( Use for submitting other ID or any other documents needed to verify application information)


Renters Insurance
Renters Insurance is required with minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. 

The Anita Apartments must be listed as an "Interested Person" on the insurance policy and proof of such listing provided prior to move-in. 

No insurance will be required if: A) The household income of all of the tenants in the unit is equal to or less than fifty percent of the area median income, adjusted for family size as measured up to a five-person family; or B) If the dwelling unit has been subsidized with public funds, not including housing choice vouchers.

The following are actual amounts charged in addition to rent.

Monthly Utility Charges:

Utilities are ratio billback.

Security Deposits:
Tenant Security Deposit          $500 minimum to $800 maximum (depending on screening results)

Pet Security Deposit and Rent - pet rent is $25.00 monthly. Our standard pet deposit is $500.  Pet weight limit 50 lbs.  Aggressive breed restrictions
